You opt in by checking either unchecked SMS consent box (each is separate) on our contact page and submitting a valid phone number. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the site.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Trial Awareness Center: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
